Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 1st, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, facilities, or purchasing an Unlimited Wash Plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Unlimited Wash Plans

• Membership and Billing: Your Unlimited Wash Plan is for a single, designated vehicle. By signing up, you authorize Bubbles N Vacs to automatically charge your credit or debit card the full monthly membership fee on the anniversary of your sign-up date each month. This recurring charge will continue until you cancel. If the card on file is declined, your membership may be canceled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid the next month’s charge, you must provide notice at least three (3) days before your next billing date. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing cycles.
• Usage Restrictions: Unlimited Wash Plans are for personal, non-commercial use only. The plan is not valid for commercial vehicles, including but not limited to taxis, limousines, rideshare services (e.g., Uber, Lyft), dealerships, or fleet accounts. Memberships cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
• Vehicle Changes: You must notify us immediately if your vehicle or license plate information changes. Transferring the plan to a different vehicle may result in cancellation of your membership without a refund.
• Multi-Vehicle Discounts: If multiple Unlimited Memberships are billed to the same credit card, they may qualify for special pricing. Please contact us for details.

3. SMS (Text Message) Terms

• Consent: By opting in, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Opt-Out: Text “STOP” at any time to unsubscribe. We will send a confirmation text.
• Help: Text “HELP” for assistance or contact us directly.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

4. Damage Disclaimer & Use of Services

While our wash process is safe, we are not responsible for certain types of damage. By using our services, you accept the following:

• We are not liable for: wipers, antennas, mirrors, wheel covers, roof racks, non-factory items, pre-existing damage, cracked glass, vehicles over 7 years old, or bent license plates.
• We are not responsible for collisions due to braking or driving in the wash tunnel.
• TRUCK BEDS MUST BE EMPTY and free of all debris.
• All incidents must be reported before leaving the premises.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bubbles N Vacs Car Wash be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

7. Changes to Terms & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or cancel the Unlimited Wash Plan program at any time. We will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice of any changes to membership pricing. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
